EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Lisa Sargent
In the summer of 2024, Miami County Foundation announced its search for a new Executive Director. After nearly four years of outstanding leadership, Natalie Rohlfs declared her decision to take on a new, promotional role as Executive Director of Pastoral Services with Our Lady of Fatima Family of Parishes within Miami County.

An immediate search began for a new director that would uphold and advance the legacy of the foundation. The search was a success, and the Board of Directors is thrilled to announce that Lisa Sargent officially assumed leadership in July. “I feel very fortunate to be chosen to help lead and carry on the incredible work of the Miami County Foundation,” said Lisa. “To be entrusted with the foundation’s future, especially in the wake of Natalie’s tremendous contributions, is an honor.”

Lisa is a long-time resident of Troy and most recently owned and operated her own successful consulting business supporting many local small businesses with their marketing and communications. Before that, she was a member of the executive team at the R.W. Earhart Company, leading the organization’s marketing and customer experience efforts. Lisa and her husband, Luke, have two sons, Mitchell and Graham.

Miami County Foundation’s Board President, Angela Lewis, stated, “We are thrilled to have found Lisa for the Executive Director role. Her keen desire to propel the mission of the MCF forward is exactly what we were looking for to build upon the momentum that Natalie created during her time with us. Lisa’s skills and experience are perfect for elevating our brand awareness, as well as for encouraging engagement from all our partners. Most importantly, Lisa clearly has a heart for service and is a natural at embodying our creed of People Helping People.”
