Jean and John Dugan Family Fund
Jean and John Dugan lived a life guided by service, compassion, and community.
John, a veteran and Miami County Commissioner, built a career helping others through his company, Benefits Analysis Corporation, while Jean, a psychiatric nurse and social worker with a master’s degree in nursing, dedicated herself to caring for those in need, including serving on the Board of the Miami County Mental Health Association.
In 2008, the couple established the Dugan Family Fund to create a lasting legacy of these values—a way to continue lifting up families in need by supporting the humanitarian efforts of our area’s best non-profit organizations. Today, the Dugan Family carries forward John and Jean’s vision by ensuring the fund reflects their spirit of generosity, strengthens the community they loved, and inspires others to do the same.
The Dugan Family awards funding to a 501c3 organization of their choice in the Spring and Fall.
